Hollywood 24 hour diet?.... Fuck all the diet shit you hear on television and from those diet fucks. That will be the best advise you can get. The only way to fucking loose weight is to eat clean plain and simple. You can have food as long as its clean!!! Whats so hard to understand?
This means no candy bars, soda, snacks, big macs, or any other shit you probally been eating all your life.
Dont be stupid. Do it slowly and properly.
Log your diet, check in in 48 hours.
Exercising helps too, running, walking, swimming.
