so.... i lost 40 lbs this year

    5'8, started at 180, now 140

    before pic, this is actually after losing about 10lbs, pic was taken 3 months ago

    went to a gym for the first time tonight, hopefully i can get rid of a little more fat (i dont want to be ripped or anything) and get bigger

    Good job!!!1 I've lost a grand total of 30 lbs since january. Went from 220 to 190. I'd post pics, but i dont really know how to. can anybody tell me how its done?
