    On my first full rep, I managed to hoist the bar into my chin so hard that people half way down the gym were turning around to see where the sound came from :o

    Owned.

    i did a bunch of cleans today. Just didn't feel smooth. Congrats if u managed to pick it up in one go

    It wasn't really my first time, it had just been years since I'd done it on some shitty college course just to get my phys-ed credits in, and I hadn't even deadlifted in months, so I bought a trainer session so I could have someone who knows some shit teach me how to not fuck myself up.

    I see myself owning my chin several more times in the future, however.

    Heh. I've give myself a clotheslined myself with the bar a couple times when doing full cleans.

    Ive scratched my throat before with the middle part of the bar...it looked like I had a bunch of hickeys.
