So i just started working out. What supplements are essential?

    Mostly for losing fat, after i lose some of the excess fat i have, i will focus more on building muscle but for the present time, i am more focused on losing fat, what if any supplements are essential?

    essential supplements for losing weight?

    lean diet, fewer carbs, exercise.

    Do that for a few months and then get back to me about weight loss supplements.

    multi-vitamin, EFA pills and whey protein would be my suggestion.

    if you can get those nutrients using whole foods only, do it. But I find they tend too be the toughest nutrients to to get using whole foods when cutting, which is why I'll suggest them
