It's the first one they have had in for months so I grabbed it up and put it on lay away. It's not made by Century Arms. I don't know if I can even pronounce the Manufacturers name or not. Anyone have a clue of who else they carry besides Century Arms?

Anywho it has a folding wire stock and a wooden vertical foregrip. Double stack magazine and it's 7.62x39. $550

Wish it was a bit cheaper but these days I can't be choosy.

Probably a Hungarian AMD-65 with wooden grips.

How does the quality compare to Century Arms?

I know Century did build some of these on NoDak receivers. But IIRC they used 16" Romanian barrels instead of the original AMD-65 barrels.

Lancaster Arms also build some on NoDak receivers. These are the only two companies I'm aware of that put them out in large quantities. If you got a Lancaster, they are well built and should be a good gun.

Century doesn't make them, they only import them. I've never seen anything but Centuries at Dunham's. :dunno:

No, they definitely do build. They did Yugo M70s, AMDs, and some Tantals all within the last year or so. The AMDs and Tantals were built on NDS receivers.

I don't know how you are supposed to accurately shoot with that wire stock... I have nothing to rest my cheek on :wtc:

Nah, it's not so bad. They are a TON of fun to shoot, I love mine.

Wood Furniture is cheap. I'll just buy a stock and forehand in case I get bored of it's current look.
