So I just mixed oats, splenda, milk, bananas, and peanut butter

    Very interesting.

    What other things have you guys come up with to keep breakfast somewhat interesting?

    I usually have whole rolled oats, banana, raw almonds and protein shake.

    Get a sandwich maker. And put sliced banana with peanut butter on wheat bread and then grill it.

    I don't eat bread. That does sounds like it would taste really, really, good though.

    I enjoy a nice bowl of honey nut Cheerios to mix it up from oatmeal, eggs, bananas, fruit smoothies....

    Well, i got the Thermorexin from Utler and didn't want to waste any so i mixed the exposed powder into my shake. HUGE MISTAKE! I thought i was going to vomit, that was interesting.

    You avoid bread and yet you eat oats. The difference between oats and some kinds of whole-wheat bread is going to be near 0.
    You can even store the bread in the freezer and you'll boost the amount of resistant starch.

    just saw it as being behind a fat lady at checkout with all these diet products then you see a big fat juicy tasty sweet scrumptious delicious chocolate cake at the end of her purchase.............. [​IMG]

    ive been doing cheerios with a few strawberries/ half of a banana and a packet of splenda lately and 2 scoops of whey
