Finally summer and i have some time to do what i have wanted to do for a year. So i start my bulking with ON chocolate and Milk. And man Now that my milk consumption has gone i have never had so much gas in my life. So i guess being that it is common in certain ethnic groups such as african americans i have come up with the conclusion my lactase enzyme count must be lowering. So i had to drink it with water...HOpefully soy milk wont be so bad( never tried it but i want to now kuz ON chocolate Whey is so good with milk)

dont they only recomend that the body will absorb somthing like 30g protien at a time...... or in a sitting. i already get that mostly from the whey mix . seems like after that its pointless....or maybe im wrong?

I have heard that before. That is why most protien supplements are only 30 grams a serving. I have really never understood why some GNC products are 60+ grams a serving.
