I'll tell more about it later, but I have to go to work soon. I just wanted to know if there's anything specific I should know about cleaning it. I've been spraying it with some bactine to wipe off some of the dried blood and to clean it. Should I try to spin it around to clean the part that's inside? I'd imagine that would hurt quite a bit right now. There's still quite a bit of crusted blood around the enterances. Thanks for any help/advice.

I turned mine once or twice a day at least to spray it and clean it... starting the day after i had it done.
also get some of the purified oceanwater spray if you can. and spray that on it in between cleanings.

Nix the bactine, and use warm salt water soaks.

That's what the purified ocean spray is... purified salt water in a can. easy to use, no preperation, travels with you anywhere. :) I loved it....

all that is basically over-priced sea salt water. you can pick up a bag of sea salt for $3CDN and make 40 times the amount for half the price

I like the ease of just throwing the spray can in a bag and taking it with me. I'm always on the go so it's more practical for me to have a ready to go can instead of taking the time to mix up a salt water solution. :)
but yes if you are at home alot then buying salt is more practical...
