I don't LOOK overweight, i just look chubby, so by that I'm wondering if 200 lbs would be my ideal weight to get to. I want to be built, big, so I can defend myself and be active in sports and such. I had a cyst removed that cut a vein and I lost a lot of blood about two and a half weeks ago, so that slowed me down with some weightlifting and my daily jump rope. If I work out everyday and jump rope 30 minutes-60 minutes a day, how long do you think i'll be able to lose that 30 pounds? I really have no idea as to how fast you can lose weight, but i heard that the first 15-20 pounds are easy, but after that it takes a long time and hard work to shred the rest.
