So I just finished reading Arnold's Education of a Bodybuilder

    Well, except for supplements theres not much to advance with :dunno:

    Were not exactly evolving into not needing amino acids and protein or needing to work different muscles.

    and if you think about it, bbing hasn't advanced much because muscles haven't changed much.

    Bodybuilding has "advanced" from aesthetically pleasing to freaks of nature with huge, distended guts :(

    I was referring to the training of muscles.... it looks like the only thing that has changed was not for the better. :coold: when arnold talks about how he lost to Sergio even though he was so much bigger.
