    I fee like a fat ass now. Fortunately I lifted then did 45 minutes of HIIT before hand.

    45 minutes? :bsflag: you deff werent going at your max intensity, unless your intervals were like 5 minutes apart?

    Ok Ok, that included 5 minutes warm up, and 5 minutes cool down. But yeah I was 110% then 1 minute break 1 minute 110% etc. I was tore the fuck up afterwords.

    i ate half a chicken, bowl of noodle, bowl of rice, 2 bowls of seaweed, and random side dishes for dinner on Saturday and didn't feel the need to make a thread about it. I'd imagine this is a fairly typical dinner for most people here.

    honestly me GT and knucks had our jaws dropped...we have never seen someone eat like him

    which is probably why a day later at Dreams some huge black dude came over to him and said "GAT DAMN BOY, YOU ONE BIG MOTHAFUCKA"

    There have been a few times I wasn't going home for supper and just picked up a barbecued chicken from the grocery store - it only lasts about 15 minutes.
    Mostly protein ftw.

    first, a good HIIT workout structure isn't a 1/1 work/rest ratio. If you can perform another one minute set after only one minute rest, then you aren't pushing hard enough. Should be closer to a 3/1 rest/work ratio


    second, what the hell is wrong with eating half a chicken? I bet many people here have put down whole chickens on multiple occasions.

    worked out yesterday, got 1 lb of chopped chicken .5 lbs of pulled pork, cole slaw, 2 football sized bake potatoes, 6 buns and a bottle of BBQ sauce from dicks bodacious bbq last night. Only ate like 1/4 of it, but then I got a ny strip at logans for second dinnner :noes:

    I'm eating bbq all day today ftw

    i just shove a chicken up my ass .. get that protein straight up through my smooth muscles .. takes me 45 minutes to shit out the bones .. how the fuck does it take anyone that long to eat it?
