I slept in this morning and didn't have enough time to eat before class. I literally rolled out of bed, threw a shirt on, got my books, and left. I thought I'd have time inbetween classes to get something otu of the vending machine at least, but my first class ran over, so I had to jog to my next class. I'm finally home at 5pm and I had 0 calories in me. So far I've eaten 2 bean and cheese tamales coated with cheddar cheese, a big pile (2 cups?) or brown mexican rice topped with some salsa, two pieces of buttered whole wheat toast, and a nice tall glass of apple juice. I gotta let all this shit settle before I work out. squats, deads, flat bench, and incline db press today.
