    My av is so small you can't see it!
    Not that i have anyhting else. Here's the qeustion, I am on the bill star 5 x 5, the madcow variation, and im thinking of putting in some lat pulldowns? Good idea to hit the lats more? What day do you think should i put the pulldowns in, or is there no need for the pulldowns because of rows + deadlifts?

    weighted wide grip pullups

    between the pull ups db rows and dead lifts you should be fine

    wider grip pull ups and Seated hamemr rows did it for me..
