I just can't figure it out. [It shoots flawlessly and I can't find anything to upgrade].

It needs to stay idpa legal. Any ideas?

    -Sights
    -magwell
    -trigger work
-enhanced controls (ext slide release, ext ambi release, etc)

Trust me, I can find several things to do to that "loaded" 1911.

It all "looks" sufficient, and everything I owned up until that point I thought ran "flawlessly". Run it a full season. When your skills come up to par and begin to get competitive and continue to rank in the uppper echelon, it all of a sudden doesn't look so "sufficient" and you start looking for ways to edge out the competition by that few seconds that seem so close. :)

Let your gun, take some abuse from a full year of rainy table starts, shooting in the dirt, sand shooting prone. Being dragged along cover, low and high ports, and using mags that were previously dumped in a mud puddle. When your mag well looks more like a trench, and your magazines look ragged from continued practice, and your slide sports as much kydex as is on your hip, get back to me on that flawless gun. :)

Let me retract my last statement and say...

Shoot 6 months worth of matches before you decide. I have a good feeling you may not end up shooting the same configuration you start with. 95% I know, don't even have the same gun anymore.

That's what I have. Also look into "kings" they make some nice stuff for the 1911, but it's harder to find.
