and my monitor immediatly stopped working.
so I have been using vnc to get into my mac mini for a few days now.
but now everytime i try to vnc in, i get a scrambled screen.
could this just be some freak software problem, or did the brownout probably fuck my computer up? (if so, thank god for my firewire bootable backup i run every night!)

if your vncing from windows try a different client. I had problems like that using realvnc ( i think ).

try ultravnc. Also using osxvnc server is much faster ime.
