So I woke up ate some oatmeal and sat on the couch. Then I had a lower-back spasm that hurt some and I was like oh shit. then I got up and went to work. still hurts now some \ I've been working out since January and I've never really had any problems. My workout mostly consists of split-days, where I do chest/bis, one day, back/shoulders tris another, legs another and cardio the other. I only do two exercises that affect my lower-back and those are deadlifts and this other thing where I bend over and come back up on this incline thing (hyper extensions) . / My deadlift is proper and I always keep my eyes locked on the mirror in front of me. I've only added the second exercise into my routine within the last month. In conclusion, do you all think that the lower-back spasm is a huge problem or should I just ignore it. My next back day will proly be tuesday or wednesday. cliffs: Lower-back spasm this morning, Major problems? or something ignorable with a little rest.
