So I guess ill do a little review of my new Natural "stack".....

    As some of you may know I got Beta Alanine....as well as other shit.

    been on for 2 weeks w the following:

    3 caps of Pure CEE (AF)
    3 grams pre workout of BETA ALANINE
    1 teasp creatine pre and post workout w/ Waxy Maize.
    Plasma Jet (Gaspari)

    basically my pumps have been juiced-status..aka i cant fucking move my arms after hitting bis or tris....serious motherfucking pumps bros.

    Lifting wise my strength has gone up a TAD, but nothing really even noticeable, more endurance and energy and just a general feeling of let me get a bigger pump. the Beta Alanine gives me that itch but my muscles still seem to burn after im really slamming them out, so i dont really know, the itch is fucking 100% there though and seems to give off more energy, like you almost have to lift. so it helps in that case i guess.

    are you trying to cut down or bulk up? Sounds like the only thing you have seen so far is a vascularity change...anything else?

    edit- I have interest in your creatine/waxy maize combo...

    I use something almost identical except I have NO-xplode instead of Plasma Jet

    It's pretty expensive - is it a lot better?

    I dont know.....i mean im happy with how i feel in the gym. gained like 4lbs and look leaner :dunno: probably water or whatever but im still dry :dunno: all in all i recommend it. its a good natural kick and motivator if anything even mentally.

    PB up the dosage of Beta.


    I did 3g and noticed something the first use, then a couple other times didnt notice anything so i uped the dose to 4.5g and noticed a better pump/effect off it

    dude if i up it from 3grams im going to be itching like a crackhead seriously. that shit already stings and on the drive to the gym im itching my head/face/ears/legs like im coming off of heroin or some shit (ive never done heroin but i think they itch themselves)

    I dont know i just felt like taking both, i never felt like i responded well to mono so i figure i'd just take both to make sure LULZ!!!!!

    heres yesterday:

    meal 1: 2 scoops dymatize vanilla whey
    meal 2: 6 hard boiled whole eggs, 2 cups oats w/ mixed berries
    meal 3: fajita classica steak burrito (qdoba) veggies, rice, steak, salsa on a wrap
    meal 4: 2 scoops dymatize vanilla whey, handful almonds
    meal 5: 1 scoop waxy maize + creatine mono (pre wo)
    meal 6: 1 scoop waxy maize + creatine mono (post wo), 1 apple
    meal 7: large steak + baked potato + large salad with balsamic/olive oil
    meal 8: 2 rice cakes + nutella + 1 scoop whey + 1 tblsp natural peanut butter and all my fishoils/multivits/etc.

    i have been introducing a BIT of dairy though every other day or so in the midlde of the day ill have a bowl of Special K Red Berries in 1% post workout with my shake. i tried to dump the cereal in Muscle MIlk cookies n creme the other day PWO because i ran out of milk and almost :barf: shit was funny. the girl who was over was like you have serious issues. i told her to shut her fucking loose labia real quick. dirty cunt.

    I understand that your supps have not come in yet but never EVER, EVER include milk in your diet. Man I'm pissed off now. Instead get some eggs, cold meat or something but NOT MILK. F**K.
