I can start running and shit. I still cant grapple or lift heavy but I can start running again which is great. I couldnt run before because when my lungs would expand the tear on my chest wall would start hurting like crazy. I remember some one posted a cirquit run for a track where you jog then sprint then walk etc. It was like the grapplers jogging routine or some shit like that. Any one have a link to that article or something similar?
