    the strap is pretty amazing. i love it so far.

    and the tamron is pretty sweet, too. it's soft @ 2.8 but i'll just deal.

    strap is awesome. I love mine.

    If your tammy is soft wide open, exchange it or send it in to them. It'll be worth it

    i loved my tammy and mine was tack sharp unless it was in low lighting.

    did the guy who bought it register it or does he have a receipt?

    All they ask for is one of those.

    If he never registered it just get the original and register it yourself or send in the receipt and tell them it was a gift.

    They have a 5 year warranty.

    Anyone use this with a gripped body?

    I wanted to get this, but i'm scared to attach the RS to the bottom of my Canon (EOM) grip. If the grip fails, the body certainly hit the ground and break into 11tybillion pieces.

    both by d200 and d700 are gripped.

    a little loctite on the screw of your grip goes a long way...

    I was gonna go 'ghetto' and add a thin layer of double sided tape.

    Does the strap mount get in the way of vertical shooting with a grip?

    grats bro. mine is pretty sharp at 2.8. i thought it was soft at first, but then i realized i was shooting moving shit in low light. poor fucking test.
