So I got my UDM today along with my bottle of Optimum Polish and my Pinnacle Pad Cleaner and Conditioner (or whatever they are, came with my kit.)

Problem is that my bottle of Polish and the Pinnacle stuff was frozen solid. Now the bottle of OP says Do Not Freeze, so I'm assuming its not supposed to be frozen... Is this something I should call up AutoGeek and tell them about? Is the product screwed? Do I need a replacment?

Contact Optimum to find out if freezing will ruin the polish. If so, then get with Autogeek about a replacement.

Ive had 3 orders with AG this winter and every fucking one was frozen. They handle them for me and just said they would ship them when it gets colder. Call AG they should be ok.

Well, I just got off the phone with Optimum, and it looks like all is good. The Polish has returned to its normal consistancy and the person at Optimum I talked to was a great help.

When he asked me where I'd heard of it, I even got to mention Scott! lol

Well, by the time I got home and saw it it was probally only 95% frozen. But that was after sitting inside for ~6 hours! It took the better part of 12 hours to unfreeze completely.
