I've always blended my shakes, and I tried nectar in water and it frothed up like nothing I've seen before. The ratio is like 1 liquid whey:5 froth. I've been letting it sit for about a half hour now and the froth is finally starting to melt away. Any way to avoid this? :hs:

put it in the fridge after you make it. I'll blend up my postworkout shake before I go work out and put the blender in the fridge. When I come back, it's very cold and it's all liquid instead of foamy.

:coold: I'll have to try this. I think I'll make a bunch at a time and once it settles I'll pour them into water bottles so I can take them on the go. :coold:

If you have a little cooler, take it with you in the car to the gym. I'll do that when I go work out at this one place about 30 minutes away.
