i had to cut it a bit (alot) :o

the way the holster was designed didnt allow for a full grip profile. i just cut it but ive been wearing it all day and it's very comfortable.

Damn, you hacked the fuck out of that thing.

I've heard decent things about Crossbreed. Let us know how it holds up.

I never want to say anything bad about something someone has purchased but this post might as well have been titled "why soybomb would never buy anything from crossbreed." Don't take that as a slam on you, I'm just not impressed with their work.

That big generic piece of leather is just poor craftsmanship to me. Even my tiny p99c in a tucker answer had a full firing grip

honestly, i'm not impressed either. my choices were between this and the tucker but i couldn't justify spending twice the money. i may get one in the future, though.

To be fair though, the Crossbreed stuff is not anywhere near the same league in quality as Tucker, hence the huge price difference. Crossbreed makes a good entry level holster for not a lot of money. Honestly though, for the same amount of money, I'd rather have an AKJ Concealco.

Edit: I'm fucking jealous, tonerguy won't make an Answer for Steyrs.

I don't think its a matter of economy so much, if you're buying a holster for a specific gun, it can at least be cut to fit properly. It might not have the double thick leather backing and the nice stitching and the professional mounts and all that, but if someone isn't buying a generic holster like an uncle mike, I expect a good shape for it at least. Ymmv, I am a picky bitch.

The answer is really comfortable but honestly its not my favorite IWB, Alessi's hideaway conceals a gun much better on me. I'm waiting for one for my P99 now, a year in late feb I think heh.
