I'm getting there, only using a tanita scale for measuring but's its at 19.5% now. Started in upper 20's on it.
hey etech, i got the same scale, when u set it do u select the athletic male icon? or the regular male? cuz the regular male says im 22 percent but the athletic male reading says 19.6% which one should i be using? im pretty active weight wise and 2-3 times a week cardio.
I started out pretty fat so I have always used the regular setting.
From what I remember you have to be really in great shape for the athletic setting to be accurate.
get some calipers those scales are very inacurate
Don't care, I'm using it for a relative reading, not an absolute. For relative tracking, they work pretty well if you are consistent in how you use them.
How accurate are calipers?
i dunno about you guys, but i use brembo's.
