I bought it off of ebay, $7 shipped. Man it fucking killed my abs. So here are my questions: 1. I have bad knees and without any kind of padding this thing kills my knees, even on carpet. Is it okay to put a pillow down and rest my knees on them? 2. I had a hard time getting full coverage of my abs. It feels like I got hit the most in my upper abdominals, almost where my rib cage ends. I tried refocusing to get my lower abs, and I actually got it once, but it was so intense I could only hold it for a second before I collapsed onto my stomache. Fucking hurt. So my question is, is there any specific way to hit all of my abdominals evenly, or are they getting hit evenly already and I just don't feel it? 3. I don't think there's any way to get my obliques with this, so what do you think the best oblique exercise is? I've been doing various side crunches/bicycle crunches, so I guess I'll stick with that unless you guys recommend otherwise. That's it for now. Probably more to come later.
