    I prefer the tired feeling from after a workout. Where you have to really consider shampooing your hair, because that is a lot of time that your arms have to spend above your head.

    throwing up after leg day > being sore

    felt like i was on a bad lsd trip. started to get dizzy and nauseus so i went to the bathroom.

    i threw up mostly water.

    lol - in that case, that is pretty good.

    I have been doing cardio on indoor trainers and ran 2 miles for the first time on a track the other day. I was sore from lifting the day before, so the feeling of accomplishment was :cool:

    hamstring + quad soreness is worse imo. i'm still sore 2 days after squatting :ugh:

    walk before you run, I mean a good couple weeks of walking up and down hills at a quick pace, maybe with weight in a pack, if you want. Just jumping into it is a good way to hurt yourself. Pay more attention to the time you spend doing it as opposed to the distance you cover :hs:
