    And mixed some brown rice with cottage cheese and italian dressing because I was in a pinch. And it wasn't half bad. I'm not sure if adding the tuna would be good though.

    I take my caliper readings 2 days carb depleted every other week:dunno:


    I eat brown rice on every single carb day I have. I've done this for months.

    After forcing myself to eat cottage cheese on occassion I actually like it...if it is good stuff. I think I've tried 7 or 8 different brands and only 2 are palatable...the rest are a bit sour.

    My kids started eating it whenever I eat it and now they like to eat just plain cottage cheese as well.
