so i had a fawking killer chest workout today. Flat bench 135x10 135x10 185x4 235x6 245x4 245x4 225x8.5 185x10 Incline dumbell bench 65's x 10 70's x 10 85's x 4 80's x 4 65's x 8 Then i did dips and the pec deck machine 3 sets each notice that set of 8.5? well i almost had 9, but i couldnt lock it out god damn it. so i lowered the bar slowly down and rested it on my chest. Luckily a guy was working out right next to me... i simply looked over and quickly laughed and he came over and yanked it off of me. No embarassment... it happened to be a new PR. i never work with a spot. dumb, but just the way i've always done it.
