So i finally hit 200lbs today

    Been a long time coming from when i started 2 years ago at 140lbs :o

    Now i think ill keep going till 220lbs :o

    210lbs bench for 1 :o

    i can shoulder press the 65's with reasonable ease

    my pull numbers are significantly lower then my push

    You need to trim your stomach.

    Dude you looked fuckin TERRIBLE at 140.

    It's crazy, you see improvement everywhere except your arms.

    What do you do currently for bis and tris and what have you tried so far?

    You've come a fair ways so far. :cool:

    i would srsly stop working your delts till your arms/pecs catchup just to look proportional.

    i go through stages for the arms, but not much changes alot of the time, ive tried giving them next to no volume, and ive had times were i do an individual day of tri's / bi's. These past few weeks ive gone mad volume, like 5 exercises of 3-4 sets for both muscle groups, ez curls, bb curls, db curls, preacher and concentration, rope pushdowns, bar pushdowns, skullcrunchers, db extension and dips

    the thing is 2 days later my arms are usually smaller and have no growth at all, not sure what to do there.

    and as for trim stomach, trip some fat or do you mean hair :rofl:, i actually have visible abs in some light, but yeah ive put on a bit of bodyfat trying to gain weight :o

    and improvement from last pics, or from 2 years ago? id fucking hope i improved from those 140lbs pics :o

    How many reps are you doing when you work arms? Are they getting stronger?

    And they're literally smaller 2 days later or could it be that that's just in your head?

    Every update that you post I go into it all 'Bro I hope mitch's arms grew a little bit.' but sadly it hasn't happened yet. :hs:

    I meant trim the hair man. Get that shit all tidy lookin for the bitches bro. You are still fairly lean too so that's not something to worry about right now.

    I was saying you've come a long way since the beginning but I can still see a diff from the last pics you posted. :)

    yeah well life threw me like 5 curveballs at once thats ok though because abomb just went from 158 to 171 in a week and as soon as my test is normalized 200 here I commmeeeeeeeee.
