good job, dude. that camera is super rare. I've never even seen one in the wild before. Did you snag it for under $1k?

hah I was joking about that. MSRP in the US is only $800, and it sells for like $600 USD online

we don't really need the specs, anyone in Canon crew probably already knows them

it is a nice cam, though.

Tamron 17-50mm F2.8. Big improvement from the kit lens.

I still wanted to get the Mk2 but i decided to get something cheaper before just for practice. The MK2 i found was for £2978 i thought i should spend that kind of cash after i have a little practice, i'm just waiting to recieve it now. <3

The MSRP is only $2700 USD for body and $3500 USD for kit. If it's £2978 for body only, that's almost double, isn't it? You guys are getting fucked.

How much experience do you have with photography? Any reason why you want to get a full frame? They are nice, but if you're just learning, then I would suggest getting a cheaper body and gradually get better lenses. I know you didn't get the 5DMKII, but just something to think about before you drop a lot of money into it in the future.

Well then i'm glad i didn't buy it, besides i think it would've been a dumb move if i did because i need practice. This should do for now.
:hsd: i hope there are some decent offers at a later date.
Not enough experience, i am still learning. I'm glad i didn't purchase the MKII just as yet i'll be practicing first.

Kinda ignorant to get a $3500 cam as a first SLR cam.

Not ignorant, if i can afford it why not? Besides why do you think i changed my mind? :eek3:
