So I emailed apple to see if my student developer account gives me Tiger for free...

    all i asked was "does the student developer account give members access to a free copy of Tiger?"

    can you sign up to be a developer at the store? or does it have to be done online?

    i think you have to do it online b/c its a specific dept that handles it
