so I dropped my calories

    and have broken all kinds of new PR's, but my weight has dropped 10 lbs :wtf:

    When I started cutting my strength went to shit, then about 7 weeks in my strength went back up. Still not where I was though.

    im in the same boat as steveo.

    i lost prob 5lbs but my digits are slowly increasing still. as long im looking better and setting new PR's, its all good
