(If I last that long :mamoru: )

I'm using the ON whey I have right now and my Nitrean should be here later this week.

Today was day 1 and it went something like this:

8am scoop of ON and water + multi + 2 fish oil caps

11am scoop of whey and water

    12pm 2 fiber pills

2pm scoop of whey and 2 fish oil caps

5pm beef jerky (I was about an hour from home and was starving--figured this was a viable alternative)

8pm scoop of whey + 2 fish oil caps

So far I feel fine. I know everyone says the first 2 days are the hardest and today I really had no problem :dunno:

I'm only going to do it for a week or 2 then go back to my regular diet of veggies, chicken, tuna, etc for a week or 2 then maybe do PSMF again.

I don't want to do it for more than a couple weeks in fear of loose skin :o

if you insist on using liquid primarily, at least use a slower digesting protein.

Is that why people were saying not to use ON?

I just looked at the nutritional values and since they were so similiar I figured I'd be alright for a few days until I get my Nitrean :hs:

I think tomorrow I'll add some tuna and a piece of chicken tomorrow. Maybe some steamed brocolli too. I just don't know if I can stand eating all that without any type of seasoning :hsd:

I'm not doing the whole "liquid only" thing. I think thats just being too rough on your digestive system (hence my fiber pills :o )

yeah, whey protein is a very fast digesting protein source.

nitrean is a blend so it is somewhat better for this purpose.

    Ahhh I get it now.

Maybe I'll just take more to compensate for the next few days...or I guess the tuna, etc will do the same thing :)

Because a quick drop of fat and BF% is a good motivator :dunno:

My gf can make some of the tastiest beef jerky. I'm going to get her to make me some with lean turkey meat :coold:

Should be a tasty/lean snack to go with PSMF :wiggle:

    Nah

I can be dedicated. I was getting into really good shape before I hurt my back. When I couldn't do any lifting or hardly anything physical it put a hurt on my diet and everything else went downhill.

Thats the only reason I'm fat again now

don't worry with OTs haters man, they complain about people not putting any effort into reaching their goals, and when you do, they complain because you're not doing it the way they want you to. Good luck with it, looking forward to seeing the results. :coold:

It's not recommended to do a PSMF with shakes because of the satiety issue, but whatever floats your boat :wiggle: So many people don't fucking understand the point of a PSMF, good luck with it.
