I heard a lot of horror stories about how waivers take forever to go through, but the doctors said I have no problems and will need no waivers to contract. Putting in the paperwork now to get the ROTC scholarship. This is a god damn long process, but the end is finally in sight.

Another Cadet here had to wait 3 months for a waiver for dry feet to go through.

Man, I am doing a green to gold and in my DODMERB I need the records for my refractive eye surgery. So now I am pissed off at my Lasik eye center back home. They won't release my records without some form that they can either fax or mail to me. mail... well read some previous threads... is a joke if you live in the barracks. Who the fuck has a fax machine!!!! So now I'm scrambling like hell to get these records so they get in. Does anyone know if the medical stuff applies to the April 1 deadline?

    lol, why?

my rotc det has a fax machine, my house has a printer that also works as a fax machine and a scanner/copier, and my dad's office has a fax machine... people still have fax machines, they just aren't as prevalent as they used to be.
