i play alot of indoor/sand volleyball so i have a pretty good vertical. i'm only 5' 8" but i can touch a basketball rim if i jump off both legs, but off 1 leg like you would usually jump in basketball or something i can barely touch the bottom of the net. any pointers? my friends were telling me you should be able to jump higher off 1 leg but i don't see how seeing as you have half the lift. any pointers anyone? p.s. i look like a moron trying to jump off 1 leg too.
