A&P So I bought the Tamron 28-75 f/2.8

    should be here towards the end of next week. got 1 more week of school so i might as well go ahead and get a lens for summer shooting

    nice, you'll love it. the only thing I like to mention with this lens is don't zoom it out or in too hard. you'll start to see the barrel get loose if you do.

    mine didn't get loose? but i only had mine for 1 & 1/2 months. was a great lens.. sold it though to buy my 17-40 L lens.. great lens though. no complaints from it

    if you zoom it in and out fast, hitting the min/max at both ends pretty hard the barrel will evenually get loose. our tamrons at work wiggle...its not good.

    Thanks for the tip. I'll try and avoid hitting the zoom stops hard. I've had mine over a year now...so far so good.:bigthumb:
