My gym was selling them for $42 for a 12 pack but @ 20% off, so it was $33.60 for 12. That's a few bucks more than online, but I didn't have to pay shipping, or wait for them to be delivered.

    I got the 42g versions (there's also a 25g version).

    Fat - 0g
    Sodium - 64mg (3% RDA)
    Potassium - 31g (1% RDA)
    Carbs - 2g
    Protein 42g

    Everything else - 0g

It's pretty liquidy, just a little bit thicker than water, which is good because that makes it drinkable. It's definitely NOT all thick like a protein shake usually is. You can see how thin it is because if you swish the container around, it flows like water instead of like a smoothie.

The taste is not bad at all. It pretty much tastes like fruit punch, just like the label says. It tastes a little bit concentrated, tho, and it might taste better if you diluted it a little bit, but because you can drink it so quickly, it doesn't really matter.

Because of the high concentration of protein, I'm kind of expecting to get wicked protein farts from this, so I'll keep you posted. :mamoru:

This is definitely the easiest, quickest way to get protein I've ever seen. Two thumbs up.

I think these will be cool for emergencies when you need protein, like if you go eat at someone's house and it turns out they cooked a vegetarian meal, or also to keep at my desk at work. It says they're temperature stable and you don't have to refrigerate them.

The container says "virtually unbreakable container patent pending." After I finish this I'm going to fill it back up with water and go outside and throw it and see how "unbreakable" it really is.

    $2.80 each?

It's worth it for the convenience factor, especially at work.

Your college job must pay well. Most of the people I work with in corporate America (fulltime, salary) who have business degrees don't even save a grand a month.

Yeah but you live in Australia, where you're considered lucky if you wake up and a koala isn't gnawing on your leg.

ok I save 810 USD a month, remember shit is probably cheaper here too, plus we don't need to tip.

Plus my job does pay rather well, weekends I earn around $30 an hour.
