and today I can barely move my right arm. These things are CRAZY. I have never done any exercise that made my wrists/lateral forearms so sore. Anyone else have one?

I dont have one. they are pretty big on gripboard though. everytime I've ever tried to use one I've failed misserably at getting it started.

It took me about 20 tries to get it going...but once I finally got it going I was like "Ah HAH!".

Its the weirdest thing....that little ball starts too feel like it weighs a shitload when it gets going fast.

 It kinda feels that way in your hand. When you get it going fast, your arm is just kinda along for the ride...the physics are pretty cool.

Even with the pullstring, you have to work it right or it won't keep going.

where'd you buy it? do they sell it at any stores locally? or did you have to order it online?

I bought one of those for like $10 from overstock. IT is so lame. I left it at work out in the lab to mess around with when I am bored. COC grippers are far better if you just want to buy something.

Grippers are about as fun as watching paint dry. At least this thing is fun.

I watched the video of the AMAZING DUDE WHO USES IT AS HIS ONLY UPPER BODY WORKOUT REAKERGKRKRKGKRKr and couldn't really determine why it was impressive....

I'll stick to lifting actual weights
