I was curious to see how much I move around at work. First off I work for the airline on the ramp. I do a lot of heavy lifting and moving of cargo for the majority of the work day. I wasn't surprised to see that in one day at work it walked 9 miles.

I guess it leads me to my next concern, I'm trying to gain as much weight as possible, and walking that much will slow that process down if I don't keep my calories up. Right now im bulking on roughly 3k calories a day. I suppose eating another meal in during the day wont be a problem.

    Solution eat more

It also detects the age of the child and whether pedobear would approve.

I think your body gets used to it... 9 miles isn't an insanely high amount of walking to do throughout the day... though lifting heavy luggage every day probably does burn a good amount of cals. I know when I'm consistently doing heavy shit at work my recovery from the gym sucks ass.
