I just bought an xbox 360 2 weeks ago and I currently have a 32 inch normal tv. I don't have tons of money but there is a deal at the place I work (Staples) where I can get a 37 inch LCD HDTV. I can get a 10% discount on it and pay 25% upfront. Then they'll take like 22$ or so off each pay till its paid off... I don't have the money to pay upfront so this is kind of a good idea I think.

    http://www.staples.ca/ENG/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?CatIds=88%2C453,4327&webid=671146&affixedcode=WW

Anyone have any thoughts on this product? And if I would be pleased with it while using my 360

cant see the item without the postal code.

and imo, you shouldnt buy a tv unless you can buy it all at once.

Yeah... But its not like i'd be paying any more since its just taking the rest off my pay. They don't mark it up by doing it this way. Its just an employee perk we can do it with laptops/desktops too.

I would agree with you if they were adding a fee or something if i did it this way but since its the exact same price and basically unnoticeable amount of money off my pay cheque i think its a good idea. I'm just not too knowledgeable with Tvs and HDtvs... Just not sure what to look for. This deal came into effect like a week ago so i'm just thinking about it. Seems good to me? Nice little upgrade.

it's specs seem nice, like any other brand hdtv, got all the inputs
just be sure about viewsonic warranty
If this is an easier way for you of getting it, then do it

Yeah... I think i will... I'm sure i could probably sell my old tv to my parents or a friend for like 200$ or something then that would cover the 25% almost. :wiggle:

I think they set it up for a year. And if I quit or leave then i just pay the rest that is remaining off. I'm wondering if i can set it up for 6 months or something to cut some time off. I'll have to find it out.
