I just ordered some muscle milk, and am about to order some amp in case I need a boost (Will be working out after work daily.) My final order will come from 1fast400 so could anyone recommend anything else that would be good to add? Could someone advise me on tribulus. Also, what the word on the latest and greatest creatine to use? :ugh2:

    thanks

Just get some creatine monohydrate... cheaper and works just as good

How about the ethyl ester powder? It's advertised as a no bloat formula... any truth to that?

I dont think i am wrong to say this, but if your trying to get into shape (i presume you are out of shape)...why would you buy muscle milk?

I think it would be more practical just to pick up a lower calorie Whey powder (ex. optimum nutrition)

I think you should focus more on a routine and diet, less on supplements.
