So how soon can you expect noticeable improvement?

    Recently started hitting the gym hard about 6 weeks ago. I can feel my gains slowly coming along, but on the outside its not really noticeable unless I flex.

    So how long does it take before alot of people can see improvement? 4 months? 6 months?

    Took me around 3months to go from 300dead to 475, a 225 squat to roughly a 400 squat, and yea my bench well its gone down :o

    and that'd be with the proper routine and diet. Don't rush it and expect anything instantly, remember good things take time... especially this.

    Meh I thought you were a strange one but then I saw ONE post where you mentioned a bad elbow injury.

    To the OP: you already made it 6 weeks. most noobs make a one month progress post where you can't see any change at all in their before/after pics and get flamed. I think you need about 6 months to see a big difference.
