Could I put 2 1gig sticks on my MacBook and it will use them or can it only hold 2 gigs max? I have a 2ghz C2D, thanks!

Yea but I can buy 2 1gig sticks for $100 or 1 2gig and 1 1gig for $125... Might as well spend the extra $25 right? Or will I not notice any kind of difference? My main concern is I am going to be running parallels with Vista and don't want any slow down... Would this help?

if it's only $25 more, just get it...
if you weren't going to use parallels then I'd say 2 gigs is enough, but since you're running Vista and Parallels, the little extra wouldn't hurt.

I was under the impression that both the MB and the MBP use the same chipsets so that would mean 3gigs for the not new refreshes.

Put the 2 gigs and dedicated 1gig to Vista and 1gig to OSX and I gotta say this thing runs awesome! Can multi task in both and it handles it great. Best $84 ever spent.

I installed parallels and Vista thinking I would use it and now that I have it I can't figure out what I'll ever use it for. I love OSX too much to use Vista lol
