so how much does everyone drop volume whilst dieting?

    I was reading recently over at body recomp that you can drop it by up to 2/3's ?

    that seemed like a lot to me.

    I may drop a set here or there if I can't finish a session, but even then it's usually only if I haven't slept a lot due to school. Cutting out over half your volume is ridiculous IMO.

    If you think about it any type of hypertrophy work when youre dieting is useless because at best your going to just retain the muscle you have. Id stick to a few heavy sets per group and bail

    I think this kid is my worst enemy...

    all you did was become a smaller version of your previously unhealthy self. you hurt your body more than helping it fucker.

    I'm definitely not dieting anytime soon. I was just interested in what lyle said. How would a pl'er approach dieting and volume?
