SO how many DAYS/WEEK are you bros actually in the gym?

    4 for me. Used to be 5. now it just looks like this :dunno:

    M - back/bis
    T - chest/tris
    W- rest
    R - legs
    F - shoulders/traps

    sometimes i feel guilty not training like 5 or 6 days/week but i really just dont see a point.

    how many days/week do pro BB's train per average lets say in the off season (minimal cardio)

    I am currently doing four but because of that exact reason I am thinking of switching to a 5-6 day a week routine.

    7 days. But about 10 times on average...3 or 4 of those days I'll do double duty.:o
    Most of october I went 14 times per week.

    3 on 1 off, so some weeks, im in the gym 6 out of 7 days

    W - Back
    T - Shoulders/abs
    F - Arms
    S - Quad Emphasis
    S - Off

    Usually do 3-4 exercises a bodypart

    4 is best for me. ive done 5, 3, and 4.. i like 4. 5 is just unecessary i think

    I like hitting each bodypart twice per week.
    And pretty much just doing one bodypart per workout.

    i go 5.. only because i dont have the commitment to only have a 3 day split... too easy to miss day

    3 day split, miss 1 day = 33% missed

    5 day split, miss 1 day = 20% missed


    and the less frequently I go, the more likely I am to skip a workout :mamoru:
