I can't wait for the day when Blu-Ray players become the norm for desktop & laptop computers instead of DVD-ROMs:naughty:

How long do we have to wait for it?

    3yrs tops maybe??

I'd say when two DVDs no longer are enough for certain software. Honestly, would you really want to buy some game for your computer that takes up three or more DVDs?

ha! remember the days of 20+ diskettes? I remember decent games taking 9+ 3.5 floppies to install. Even better was when one of the disks went bad your whole game was fawked. No backups, no zip drives to save you. Life sucked a fat one. I was usually too lazy/poor (i was a kid) to use the >diskcopy a: a: command.

    Those were the times.

PS the WWW killed the BBS/sysop
