So how do i fix my stomach?

    like underneath my ribs, it looks like it curves inward and then back out? what do i need to do to fix this?

    i run 3.5 miles about 4x a week. hurt my back in a car accident earlier in the year, and just recently bruised a rib so working out has been kind of limited

    you have zero muslce mass and a high level of BF, thus the spare tire which is what you explained.

    do compound exercises such as squat and deadlift. Look into westside for skinny bastards by DeFranco.

    yea keep up the running but don't use running as an excuse to not work your legs.

    lots of guys, when asked why they dont squat, say "oh i run. oh i play soccer. oh i do blah blah blah for legs."

    I have out of proportion love handle disease as well, no ideas here lol

    that's what I got going on. That last 1" of flab around the sides are bitch to get rid of at my age.
