so... how bad would it be to hit the yoke like 3x a week?

    couple sets of shrugs, 4-way neck, and some rear delt exercise after my normal routine

    bad? :o

    oh and I am currently doing the neck machine after every workout

    Well, I don't know if you can do this, but this is another exercise that I use to do.

    Take a football helmet, put a rod at the top (I don't know exactly how this was done but my dad did it) attach weights to the pole, clamp the SOB's down and strap the thing on. This will kill your neck and make you look like an absolute moron. Especially if you take the face mask off.

    do you switch your deadlift grip each set? as in, right side palm in on one set and then palm out next? if you don't, that could be the reason :dunno:

    nope.. right hand is always overhand, left hand is always underhand... but everything else is even, shrugs, upright rows, etc

    Just put a weight ontop of your head and lay down and do neck flexions

    cleans and deads have helped balance out my traps

    hanging cleans especially

    my left side isnt any weaker, so i think i just cant flex it for some reason.. :dunno:

    i did break my collar bone when i was younger, but i cant remember which side (i think it was my right side)
