I've been off and on with working out. This time I am going to stick to it. I have been pretty active; I go to college so walk alot between classes, walk my dog about 1.5 miles around 3 times a week. I want to start joggine about 3 times a day and I already eat somewhat healthy. Also, one of my hobbies is making my own homebrew. So how bad is it to drink beer, in moderation of course in relation to keeping body fat down as long as I stay active?
