I haven't really done any work so far to really focus on my abs. I tried to put together a weighted quick routine but I could barely do anything. So I'm going to keep trying 8 minute abs until I can do the whole routine through without stopping. But it's hard to benchmark where I really am because my neck gets tired way faster than my abdominals. So, 8 minute abs FTL, or 8 minute abs FTW? Is it worth it just trying to do body weight exercises, or should I really try to stick it out with the weights until I can actually do a full set?
