    Im 5'10 190 pounds and a wuss. I wanna get in shape tired of this shit. Should I bulk then cut, or cut and then do a clean bulk? I want my waist size to get smaller. My 34's are barely fitting, so if I bulk I dont want my belly to get bigger is this possible?

    Please no flames.

    Yes, I was in the military, and did massive biking a year ago. Lost like 40 pounds biking and weight watchers. But I would like to get stronger and more muscular, not just skinny.

    start lifting.. youll gain some muscle but not alot if you're not willing to bulk
